1xlite is open to Filipino residents who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. You must also have a valid Philippine mobile number and a payment method (GCash, PayMaya, or a Philippine bank account) to complete registration and make your first deposit. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register.

Visit 1xlite Login and click the registration option. You will be asked to provide your full name, date of birth, email address, Philippine mobile number, and a secure password. Once your basic details are submitted, you will receive a verification code via SMS to confirm your mobile number. After that, your account will be active and you can make your first deposit.

KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It is a mandatory identity verification process required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. 1xlite requires KYC before processing your first withdrawal. You will need to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license) and a selfie holding your ID. KYC is typically reviewed within 24–48 hours. Completing KYC also unlocks higher deposit and withdrawal limits on your account.

No. Each player is permitted to hold only one active 1xlite account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or winnings. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset function or contact our support team at [email protected].

On the 1xlite Login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive a password reset link via email within a few minutes. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot access your account, contact our support team at [email protected] with your registered email address and mobile number for manual verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

1xlite accepts the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and Philippine debit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). 1xlite does not accept credit card gambling deposits or any form of cryptocurrency, in compliance with Philippine regulations.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your 1xlite account instantly or within a few minutes. Philippine bank transfers (via InstaPay or PESONet) may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on your bank and the time of day. If your deposit has not appeared after 2 hours, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

The minimum deposit on 1xlite is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya. For bank transfers, the minimum is ₱500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Players who have completed full KYC verification enjoy higher deposit limits. You can view your current limits in your account settings under Responsible Gaming.

Log in to your 1xlite account and go to My Account > Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Withdrawals are only sent to accounts registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

1xlite does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, particularly for InstaPay or PESONet transfers. We recommend checking with your bank or GCash/PayMaya for any applicable charges on their end. 1xlite will always display the exact amount you will receive before you confirm a withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

1xlite offers a welcome bonus for new Filipino players on their first deposit. The exact bonus amount and terms are displayed on the promotions page at the time of registration. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. We recommend reading the full bonus terms carefully before opting in. Bonuses are credited in Philippine Pesos and are available to players aged 21 and above only.

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) means you must wager your bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw the bonus or any winnings derived from it. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of ₱10,000 in bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Different games may contribute different percentages toward meeting the wagering requirement — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less.

Yes. If you have claimed a bonus but no longer wish to complete the wagering requirements, you can forfeit the bonus by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Please note that forfeiting a bonus will also remove any bonus-derived winnings from your account. Your real-money balance will remain unaffected. Once a bonus is forfeited, it cannot be reinstated.
