All financial transactions on the 1xlite Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 1xlite does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by 1xlite and may be updated from time to time. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 1xlite.
Any unauthorized use of 1xlite's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1xlite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for any dispute that cannot be resolved through the foregoing processes.
